Died. Won't turn on

My computer died all the way while I was using it and now it won't turn on. I've let it charge completely but still won't turn on.

It has not been dropped and nothing has been spilt on it. When I'm don't using it I make sure to turn it off. It's a little over a year old.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi @hobbitkitten, is there any power to your laptop when you power on, fan spins, etc?

by

Nope. No fan. No light nothing. The charging light will come on when plugged in though and did change from orange to blue when it was fully charged.

Try unplugging it from the charger and removing the battery for around 10 seconds. Insert the battery again, and try to turn it on.

You can measure out the DC jack connected to the main PCB or motherboard. But it sounds like a motherboard issue to me ... over a year old? Warranty ? Europe has 2 years warranty ...

Tried unplugging charger and battery. Doesn't work. Warranty only lasts a year so it just went up.
