6s battery replacement wont rise above 20%

just replaced my battery with a new one from I fixit and I waited until battery went below 9% now i've been charging for 2 hrs and it will not go above 20% charge

I know its charging because I see the lighting bolt in corner but it wont raise above 20% can somebody let me know if thus is normal

No it is not normal...

Your phone is suffering from fake charging. Do you have access to a USB Ammeter? That would answer your question definitively of wether the phone is drawing current or not (hence charging).

I presume you changed your battery because it was not charging or holding a charge. Were you aware that Apple has a "recall" for the iPhone 6S in regards to battery issues? Check out the website to see if your phone is eligible for a free battery replacement.

If the problem is fake charging or Apple will not do anything, then your phone will require a micro-soldering repair.
