I have no Manuel or disc ,how do I repair error code 0x000014c

I also stucked on it . Then i used a 8gb pendrive to create windows midea creation tool downloaded from Microsoft.com then created a bootable drive using another pc then pluged in that bootable drive to my pc wich is showing error then pressed the power button when it is starting i pressed dlt button Many times entered bios settings and set that pluged bootable drive to primary bootable disk then pc automatically restarted then i troubleshooted choose the startup repair then after some process my problem solved
