Dear Jose,
As you have a 4th generation iPod touch, you are still covered by warranty, which means that you won't have to pay anything if you really have a battery defect.
If you don't and you are really only sick and tired that your battery doesn't last as long as you expected it would, you can get a Mphie Juice Pack or similar for about 30$.
