Radio doesn't turn on A/C doesn't work

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500, the radio and A/C do not work. The fuses are fine, the A/C is charged, and I have attempted to replace the radio and bought a new battery. I believe that it is a more complicated problem since the interior light will not turn on, nor will the doors unlock with the button on the door unless the key is in the ignition. I have brought the truck to a radio guy who said the fix would be 2k+ to fix but couldn't find the reason (total nut job) and a mechanic who hooked it up to a diagnosis computer and said the ob(something) port wasn't working and wouldn't be able to find the issue without checking out every wire in the front end of the truck and only said it would be a very expensive problem. I haven't been able to find an answer on any other website. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd take it to an Auto Zone, get a free computer read out. They will tell you what the readout means and suggest how to fix it and what you need to buy or tools to rent to do the repair.

I had already brought the vehicle to a mechanic and I was told the port that is needed to hook the diagnosis machine up to does not work either.

I went to a urologist, who had a CAT scan done on my kidney. He then told me I had a growth and I needed to have my kidney removed. I decide to get a second opinion. The next urologist looked at the same test results and told me the "growth" was about half the size of a BB and of no consequence but we could take a look at it next year. The next year it was half the size it was before. The first urologist did not get a new Mercedes off his scare tactic of telling me I had cancer. I also still have a kidney that works just fine and a new urologist ;-)

Auto Zone charges nothing to take a look. I would get a second opinion. But that's just me. You can go with the "something", "very expensive" diagnosis that you don't know what is, or go get a second opinion for free from a professional who will tell you what could be wrong in a manner you can understand.
