What to do if even factory rest can't help?

After downloading a seemingly innocent .apk my phone gpt blocked by a message, which i only could get away by factory resetting. But after the factory reset, I noticed that my phone made strange things, like it turns off when it wants to, it got very hot and even the camery went on on it's own. So i decided to to the reset again. Now i can't get in at all, since my phone wants meto log in into my google account to restore, which i can't avoid, even though i just resetted everything. Bit when i try to log in, it tells my that my password got changed and that i have to wait for 24 h. And i'm getting this message everyday for a month. But the thing is that my password actually still is the same. When i try to log in with a different e-mail, i get an error message. My phone is a s7 with the android version which was the latest in May.

If more details needed, just ask.

Can somebody please help me out ?

Use this guide to undo FRP lock, note that rooting the phone is not required. You will need to downgrade the Samsung Galaxy S7 from Nougat android 7.x back to Marshmallow Android 6.x if the android OS is up-to-date.

Guide to undo FRP lock:

How to flash Samsung firmware to phone:

http://updato.com/how-to/how-to-install-...

Also once you get it all working and done make sure to go to settings > about device > software > tap on build number 7 times to enable developer options > go back to settings > tap on developer options > enable OEM unlocking so that FRP lock is never enabled again to avoid hassles like that.

It does sound like your firmware is somewhat corrupted by a malicious APK which would mean reflashing samsung firmware as linked above recommended.

You may notice that using the FRPbypass by rootjunkie apk fails to work properly, this is because 'com.google.android.gsf.login_6.0.1-23_minAPI23(nodpi)_apk' needs to be installed first.

Best place for something like this is head over to XDA developers. They will have a sub forum especially for this phone.

May end up having to root the Phone, but someone will be able to help on the software side of things, great community there.
