Is Calcium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate harmful to electronics?

I soaked my phone in water and I was just wondering will these chemicals damage electronics?

Both Calcium Chloride (salt) and Sodium Bicarbonate (alkaline) can cause corrosion damage.

So you do want to remove it from your phone using distilled water. Wiping down the external parts won't solve what entered. You may need to remove the battery and carefully wash down the parts that got wet and allow the parts to fully dry before reenergizing with a good battery.
