Cristian Perez the very first thing you want to do is to take it out of the rice. Rice does absolutely nothing to repair your phone. It only provides you with a false sense of security while corrosion will continue to destroy your phone.

Do not try to use your phone, do not try to plug it in, turn it on or anything else. Then use this guide to remove the battery and the motherboard. Once you have that accomplished, it is time to clean. Use this guide to clean it. It was written for an iPhone but all the steps are still pertinent to your phone as well. While you are cleaning your board and all connectors etc. check for any missing or burned component. Post some images of your board with your question. Use this guide for that so we can see what you see.

Once it is properly cleaned, replace the battery and only then reassemble your phone and restart. See what happens. Unless it is cleaned, you can not properly troubleshoot your phone. If you are unable to perform the tasks I would suggest you contact people that specialize in those type of repairs.
