My phones external speaker won't work.

I've had this phone for almost 3 months, but the speaker is already acting up. In the first month or so my friend bumped into me while I was using it and it fell out of my hands onto the concrete. Nothing was damaged except the speaker. It sometime works when I apply pressure in the area around the speaker. Did something in there get disconnected and I'm pushing it together?
