iPhone 5C Won't Vibrate

I replaced the Screen a while ago, and ever since then it won't vibrate.

The toggle switch works fine, as the overlay shows up when I use the switch.

I've tried replacing the motor twice, to no avail.

I'm not even sure where the contact pads for the motor lead to, so I can't check the condition of the flex it's attached to.

Any help is appreciated

The contacts are connected to the volume ribbon cable assembly.

You can look at the part here:

I honestly have no idea why the guide is incomplete.

I replaced the ribbon that connects to the volume assembly, and connects to the top right corner of the battery, And it's still not vibrating. Does that mean the connector on my Logic Board is damaged?
