Envelope printing has stopped working as it should

I have a HP Officejet Printer J4680. Printing an envelope w/address and return address used to work fine. Then, when shifting from one type of envelope to another it no longer printed as it should. It is now not possible to go back to the basic #10 envelope address printing. It just stays on the format for envelope C5. Will not change to any other type. Is this a problem with my printer, or MS Word?

Go online and see if you can download a new set of print drivers. It looks like they are available. Delete your old setup and after you update the drivers re-setup the printer. That normally does the trick.
