Touch ID doesn't work after screen replacement

I recently did a screen replacement full with digitizer, sadly after doing this the touch ID in my iPhone is no longer functional, im using the same motherboard that came with the iPhone so it should be working. The home button does work, I restore the phone, and even changed from digitizer but nothing seems to work. Please someone help me I love Touch ID.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I'm replying assuming it still works as a home button, clicks and takes you out of an app and back to the home screen, etc. I am also assuming you have double checked your connections, sometimes it's just a pin alignment issue and just need to be unplugged and plugged back in. If you have tried all of those things and still no luck, sometimes TouchID can be affected if you damage the long flex cable that runs along the metal plate behind the screen, connecting the home button and board. Have you checked it for any nicks or tears? If there is any damage whatsoever, you may need to replace that. Hopefully that is your issue, as it is a simple fix. :)
