Why touch not responding

Early this morning my phone was working perfectly, but then the screen stop responding while i was playing solitaire. I thought it jus froze so I performed a hard factory reset and tried everything. After it reset it still not responding so I guess that the touch isn't working. What could HV caused this and his do I fix it
