Ever since I tried to print envelopes I've been having a problem with this printer. I cannot print anything now. The paper continually jams coming right out of the paper tray. I cannot find anything which is causing the paper to jam.

Try cleaning the pickup rollers with isopropyl alcohol. I mainly have experience with lexmark printers, but pickup rollers are a common with printer jamming / not printing problems. Good luck.

That didn't help. It told me I needed to call service and they want one hundred dollars just to look at it.
