Why wont my xbox one turn on?

I have had my xbox one for over 3 years now, i have looked all over to figure out what the problem is but ive tried everything and nothing seems to work. My xbox wont turn on and i dont hear a noise when i try, the only light that shows up is the orange light on the cube thing.I plugged it out the wall and my xbox but still nothing, im really at a loss of what the problem could be, i need an explanation.
