New 10 viking tablet

I bought it and used it about 2 weeks and the keyboard stop working on the tablet..

I don't know what happened.. I gave it to my sibling and they said they were trying to watch videos but it stop working. The tablet is fined with the screen keyboard. But when I try to connect the main keyboard its still not working.... Any ideas??
