Cleaned printerhead; error code fixed, now no power

After cleaning the printer head myself, I installed and turn the printer on. It then gave me an error code EA02?? Something about loose cartridges. Secured them, then tried it again.... it went blank! Now it won't power up.. any ideas? Is there a fuse somewhere.. I haven't check it with a volt meter yet. Tho I'm sure it's getting power to the printer unit through the power cord. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i have same trouble with a brand new printer i kept unopened fo 1 year once opened it would only print black. i followed online head clean asuming head had dried out and now got no power apreciate any ideas thanks
