Can not get into account after hard rest

forgot pin number to get into tablet

had to do a hard reset, cannot get into tablet do to google account information. information is correct but the tablet will not take it. any ideas?

Turned my tablet off. When I turned it back on google chrome keeps asking for password. I enter it -correctly- but it says "wrong password". I can't get to any other screen on my tablet, basically useless until I can somehow get to a screen that will allow me to change settings or something. At a loss here.
