My iPhone 6 can not connect WIFI

My iPhone 6 can not connect wifi. The wifi on/off button is always in grey. And the phone didn't react when someone calling me, even the phone is powered on. Sometimes the phone will turn off automatically. I didn't drop it on the ground or immerse it into water. What's wrong with the phone? How can I fix it?

Hi,

Your first step would be to try rule out software issue, restore the phone.

If that doesn't solve your issue, you will need to open the phone up, and replace the wifi routing flex which is attached to the logic board.

There is a guide on ifixit for removing the logic board itself.

Then you detach this part off the back of the logic board then replace it.
