iPhone 5 shows that it is charging but doesn't turn on.

My iphone 5 shows that it is charging when plugged in but it doesn't turn on. It shows that there is 0.39 amps going to the phone i have changed the charger and plug but no successes.

Options

0.4A on charger output means it should be charging the battery.

Try another battery. Sounds like voltage isn't going up on battery.

Hello

Try holding home bouton abd the power until the logo appel show up

Otherwise plug it to PC and to restore
