My phone froze for a moment, turned off, and won't turn back on...

I have a Blu Vivo 5 and It was charging while I was on the browser and it completely froze up for about 10 seconds and then shut off. It won't turn back on, and I don't think it will charge, but when I plug it into the charger it does vibrate like it detected it.... but that's all it will do...... It's plugged into the charger currently, and I've tried holding the POWER and VOLUME UP buttons at the same time to reset it, but I don't know what else to do....

Unfortunately it sounds like a motherboard issue and typically on Blu phones your better off replacing the whole unit then trying to fix. Only chance you may have is if the phone is less then a year old and you should be covered by there 1 year manufacturer warranty, though it may take a couple weeks to get them to replace it. Just look up there website and there should be a place to submit for warranty. Good luck!

Thank you, it looks like that's what I'm gonna have to do. And it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of Blu Services Support reps without having a phone to call them on. lol oh well.
