• go to sammobile.com on a PC
• download ODIN, Samsung drivers, and firmware that matches your device
• Connect device to PC and put it in download mode
• use ODIN to upload the firmware

It fails at param.bin Any suggestions?
If you have tried different stock firmware and different USB ports, and it is still giving this issue, then that means there is a hardware failure.
