I have repaired 2 iPhone 7's this weekend. After each repair both phones refused to power on completely. After numerous testing procedures I have realized my new screen works perfectly with The proximity sensor, and front camera removed. I have tested numerous screens from different sources to have the same effect. Any ideas what would cause this?

I have a feeling the front camera ribbon cable assemblies are getting damaged from not being pried properly.

I had that same feeling. I did try and additional replacement cable. I might need to try a third cable . Is there a specific method used to removing the cable? I was incredibly gentle especially after the first Repair.
