I can't reboot my laptop

My laptop won't reboot.. I've gone into bio's but certain keys won't work on keyboard.. Im stuck in windows resume loader... The f11 key not working.. I've pulled the battery out & cords & still not working.. Help please

Hello

Look closely to the keybord if any bouton not pushed hardly in side(Maybe kids )
