iPhone 4s locked after restore

hi

after i have restore my iphone 4s im now stuck at activation screen i think at first the phone was icloud locked so i have check iphone imei (find my iphone was off) i found that the iphone was carrier locked on a sweden carrier called TELIA

so please can someone show me how to unlock it i already try r-sim 10+ it didn't work nothing show after i have put it i didn't try unlock services because i don't have credit card. any idea.

You can try asking telia for unlocking,

I used to have a parallel import phone from AT&T, after update and restore, the sim carrier lock is activated.

fortunately there is an unlock page request from them.
