42px3rv-za, Nearly there but still faulty.

Just got this tele that wasn`t working the lady told me her electric ran out and tv was ok and on and after she put money on elec meter the tv wouldn`t come back on,took back off and noticed 2 caps had domed , So i replaced them ,( c328-c601 ) then tv is ok But the picture keeps flicking off then back on about every minuit and comes back on and just keeps repeating .I also found out the hdmi port doesn`t work and can only get picture channels when using freeview box with scart.I don`t know if this tv is digital or anologue.The main board is MF-056A 6870VM0531E(0) 050525 J.S.P-. I have tried to find a service or training manual but cannot find one.Please help me to diagnose the problem ( is it the power board or main board at fault or which board will it be ) . All help is much appreciated ,Thankyou.

Sorry forgot to mention whilst tv is on working and picture flicks off then back on the power light and sound stays on .
