turn WiFi on it starts downloading again

I got this same one!

I was sususpicious about it deleted it problem is my WiFi was on at the time and it automatically started the download. I turned off WiFi and it stopped. Problem is that now every time I turn WiFi on it starts downloading again and I can't find where it is logged in the phone so I can delete it. I'm Sure it's malware or something.

Any help in locating this so I can remove it from my phone would be appreciated every time I turn WiFi on it starts downloading again
