Why doesn't my boomphones pocket speaker charge up

When I plug it in to charge the green indicator light turns on and stays solid, then about 3 minutes in the blue Bluetooth light comes on as if the power was turned on and then I pushed the power button again and the blue light went off as if I turned the power off and it will keep doing that so I just left for a few hours with both the green and blue lights on solid and when I disconnect the charging cable it goes dead and doesn't turn on like it didn't charge at all. Is there a way to fix this?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I think you have a faulty battery on your unit. So the unit thinks that the battery is full (because there's no current flow = battery already full), and it seems that Boomphones has a software (or hardware?) bug that makes the speaker turns om when the battery charge level reaches 100%. You may want to open the speaker with my guide and check the battery voltage, it should be between 3v and 4.2v, anything other than that indicates a faulty battery.
