Videos recording in segments and sound stops halfway through video?

Hi there,

I just bought my PowerLead Puto and I need to record 1hr videos (therapy sessions). Video clips saved in segments and then halfway through the video clip the sound stops working. Does anyone know how to change settings for continuous recording and fix the sound?
