Why is the battery not xcharging

The phone shows that the battery is charging but its not. It shows the green battery and lightning icon but the battery drains iso charging. Battery is ok cause it charges on anorher phone. I have tried hard boot reset , restore from itunes.

Options

One of two things is happening. Either it's the Lightning dock, or you need I would Tigris. Start with the Lightning dock. It's not expensive
