My lg g stylo LS770 phone display quit working before i could back up all my info. i tried to replace the screen and digitizer but that has not worked the phone lights up but the display does not work. i need to get my contacts and messages off of it . can you help me???

@whackjob if you have any kind of screen lock on it, it cannot be done. You will have to replace the display assembly first. If you do not, then you should have no issue accessing your phones files the same way as you did before, for as long as your computer recognizes your phone.
