black screen but with apple logo , no backlight

Hello

when i turn it on , i can barely see the apple logo from the black screen but after it goes i can't see anything

also there is no backlight , i tried to turn on the phone in the dark , couldn't see the apple logo till i turned on the light and looked closely

tried to change the screen , but gives the same problem

also i tried to remove the battery and turn it on with power supply , still the same problem

is it the screen IC , or what else should i check ?

thanks

Have you confirmed the phone actually boots up by checking USB Connection through iTunes or 3UTools?

If the phone is detected in recovery mode then it isn't a no backlight issue.

It's probably the backlight filter shorted / blown. You will need to get it replaced if that is the case. You can do it yourself if you can do micro soldering otherwise take it to someone that does iPhone board repairs.

ok , but how can i do backup for now ?

I suppose you could use a lightning to hdmi adapter to see the display on screen then use the screen's touch screen to navigate with the phone to unlock, trust computer and do an iTunes backup.

Otherwise try using it with dim display / no backlight and backup to iTunes.
