Have you confirmed the phone actually boots up by checking USB Connection through iTunes or 3UTools?

If the phone is detected in recovery mode then it isn't a no backlight issue.

yes it does appear in itunes

but i can't access it since it require to confirm from the iphone that i should allow access from pc , but i can't press anything in the iphone because i have black screen

It's probably the backlight filter shorted / blown. You will need to get it replaced if that is the case. You can do it yourself if you can do micro soldering otherwise take it to someone that does iPhone board repairs.

ok , but how can i do backup for now ?

I suppose you could use a lightning to hdmi adapter to see the display on screen then use the screen's touch screen to navigate with the phone to unlock, trust computer and do an iTunes backup.

Otherwise try using it with dim display / no backlight and backup to iTunes.
