The roller film could not rolling the film roll

My ricoh camera is compact camera analog with battery. It is very old camera and historically on my family (more than 15 years). Today, I already find it but the roller can not rolling my film. I'm little bit confuse when I already put the film and battery and then pushed the button but the film can not rolling. Please help me, how to fix my camera, thanks.
