How do l unlock my front screen?

l put in password to keep others out. And outted myself HELP PLEASE I'm disabled and need for houeshold living, THANKS!

Janet Beard if you have forgotten your password you will have to factory reset your tablet(this will remove all data). Power the device down completely, then hold both the volume up button and the power button until the RCA logo appears on the screen.
