iPhone 7 freezing after screen repair

Hi, i work at a phone repair shop and i constantly have iPhone 7s that come back with a problem where they will be using the device and randomly the screen will freeze and they will have to shut it off and turn it back on. It only starts happing after the repair. was curious if this is a known problem and if it could be a repair oversight or faulty parts?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I have brought this to the attention of many parts suppliers and this link will give you everything you need to know. This is why apple has a calibration machine, The iPhone 7 through 8 plus will experience this due to 4 separate manufactures of screens, LG, Toshiba, Sharp, and JDI. If your screen does not match that it will need to be calibrated with the machine or it will not communicate properly. Best solution is to check the first 3 characters on the screen and try and find one that matches the original.

Restart your iPhone 7(press and hold power button and volume down untill you see the Apple logo),if this still not work, backup your iPhone and do a factory reset.

Sounds like a screen quality issue. Have you tried different screens?

If each time it's the same thing, it's due to bad quality LCD. Buy a new lot of LCD.

My screen is on, but it doesn't respond when you tap, slide, or try other gestures. Wont even let me slide the power button off nor let me enter my passcode. Could i just need a whole new screen?

Please don’t read comments from others… EPROM reprogramming needed. This is the only real and working solution. Costs 50$
