My data gets interupted, is it my antenna?

I have an ATT iPhone 5s that I have been using with T-Mobile since I switched a couple years ago. I have never had an issue with it until a couple months ago.

Now when I try to stream sports talk audio from an app, it will cut in and out and most of the time it won't work unless I turn off my cellular data and turn it back on. Sometimes it will fix itself after like 10 minutes. When this happens, none of my data is working as I won't be able to access the internet at all.

Is this something with my phone or more likely a service issue with T-Mobile?

Options

Try Updating your carrier settings

Settings>general>reset>reset network settings

If that doesn't take, it's probably you're Lightning dock. You've fried something using after market chargers

I tried that and it didn't work. I do have a battery issue, drains too fast and phone will die even tho it shows 25% left and other sismikar issues...
