After riding my moped, it wont stay idling

I can get my moped to run and idle but after driving it for a while and then coming to a stop it doesn't always stay idling, I think that either I have to leave the choke on a little but I am not sure. It seems to only happen after I return the throttle to the complete off position.

@madmax9 I would try to clean and adjust the carb. You want to start with the air/fuel mixture screw first. Also check your float height and make sure that the level is right and that the needle valve is not stuck. I suggest to download the service manual for your moped from here (bottom of the page). Hope this helps, good luck.
