Was running fine then no start

I have a crafstman riding mower, was working fine ,went to put away for the night and it won't start,. This is where it gets wierd ,key wont start it,will only start if I jump silanoid and then will only run on full choke, will die if I try to take off of full choke or engage blades. And it dies as soon as I release the brake/clutch pedal. Any help would be great.

@shane71 "key wont start it,will only start if I jump silanoid" and "dies as soon as I release the brake/clutch pedal." would be typical for a bad safety switch. I'd start with that. If you can tell us what model your mower is and what engine (model number) it has, we should find more information for you.

@shane71 I based that on this ""key wont start it,will only start if I jump silanoid"" Buy starting it at the solenoid you are essentially hot wiring your mower and bypassing those safety switches. BTW your mower most likely has a few of those. Double check your model number please.
