The sound is there but the screens won't turn on.

Neither of my screens will turn on after months of leaving it turned off. the sounds are there and the controllers work but not even the back-light turns on.

update: I think it's a problem with the os. Sometimes the controls work others they don't, sometimes it's only the menu theme.
