iPhone 6 front camera, rear camera & ear speaker not working.

Today i've replaced my broken screen with a new one from ifixit. Everything went smoothly, but when i turned on the phone the cameras and ear speaker didn't work. I've read everything i can find.

The cables are Ok and IC is fine because when i put everything back to the old screen, everything is working perfectly. I've purchased only the screen, so i've moved speaker, camera and home button. The home button is working on the new screen, but camera and speaker only works when i put them back on the old one.

Any ideas ? Software or display problem ?

I would rule out a software problem from your description. Front camera and ear speaker are on the same flat cable and connector, but it's indipendent from the Lcd where it just lays on. Back camera as you saw is in the upper right corner and is on its own. I hope nothing was damaged on the board by mistake.

I would just retry anew minding that all the cable connectors lock correctly on the board with a light clicking sound. If you have a magnifier around, inspect carefully the areas around the connector with a good light source and make sure everything looks fine, with no debris and with no broken pins on connectors or traces of uneven solder remains pointing to a missing component.

i've checked everything, the only thing that looked slightly damaged was the cable for the proximity sensor. (but really really slight - not sur if it was a coloring or damage).

Now i reassembled everything and did it again. The back camera started working, the proximity sensor is working, home button is working. Only ear speaker and front camera are not working. And since proximity is on the same cable as the speaker and front camera i'm not sure where is the problem. Again everything is working on the old screen (i've tried again)
