What is best way to remove dust?

My Surface Book is running hotter each day and I suspect this is due to dust entering from the keyboard and ports. Also I am unsure if the fans are running properly. The back of the display gets very warm especially when charging and using simultaneously to the point that I am concerned about potential damage - especially when viewing HD video when it is almost too hot to touch. Advice much appreciated. Thanks.

P.S. I have S.B. w i7 processor, 512 GB SSD. 10 months old. $2,800. including 2 year warranty.

You've got the two year warranty. Opening it will void that. You should send it it, they'll clean it out good and possibly replace the fan.
