iPhone 6S refurbished screen doesn't fit from bottom

Hi, I brought a refurbished lcd for my iPhone 6S everything works fine, but the bottom of the screen is not fitting properly, the seller claims that this screen is refurbished using machines, the lcd is real but the glass is new as they fix smashed glass lcd. I don't know what to do, it's is bottom which is lifted a bit and I cannot squeeze it inside the housing. Please help.

Thanks

Is the frame dented in any way? Any warping in the frame will not allow the screen to sit properly and put unnecessary stress on the screen. You will need to bend or mould the frame into a better shape if this is the case

I would remove the stock adhesive from the top of the frame as it may be getting in the way of the hinges.

Hope this helps
