TV resetes when turning on
Hi.. i have LG 42lb55** 2014 with built-in satellite .it worked great for about 2 years until i started plugging HD cable for my laptop.. about three months from plugging the cable each time I turn off the TV it resets and all channels are deleted and asks me for my language just like if it was brand new.. i install the channels again but when i turn it off everything is gone.. please help me..i updated the firmware but same problem. I think it's the memory?

Do you get an option to select demo mode or home use mode? if you do not, then I would perform a factory reset procedure and then select the home use mode and reset things and see if it stays. If you are setting the mode to home use but it doesn't hold, then you likely have a corrupted eeprom on your main video board. here is a link. http://www.lg.com/us/support/product-hel...
