Assuming this is a Windows OS, right click on the Start button, select Computer Management. Open Services and scroll down until you see Print Spooler. If the status says Stopped, the right click on Print Spooler and select Start, if it says Running then right click on Print Spooler and select Stop wait for the service to show Stopped then right click on Print Spooler and select Restart. This should get the print job to print. If you have any error messages about the printer, resolve that first before stopping the Print Spooler.
