White vertical lines at top of screen

Just replace battery I purchased from you all. After watching video on how to replace got it back together but now have a row of vertical white lines about a 1/4 inch tall at the top of the screen. Lines were not there before replacing battery. Is there something I can do to fix or something that I might not have done right on the reinstall? Thanks for any suggestions

Either the LCD ribbon cable got damaged from the screen or it's not connected properly to the logic board.

You could try flattening the LCD ribbon flex cable if it's folded (Though I don't suggest this as only one iFixit user here managed to fix the issue doing that).

If none of these fix it then you will need to replace the screen to fix it.
