iPhone 6s lcd glass refurbishing

Hi,

I'm refurbishing lcd for iPhone 5, 6 successful but with iPhone 6s I have little issue. After vacuum lamination and autoclave the screen has little lines in backlight. The lines are visible only when viewed from the side. I think that the press is small in vacuum laminator 2 bar and for autoclave 4 bar. Do you have any ideas ?

Thank you

Edit: I forgot to give a photo here

This is moisture from the autoclave getting into the backlight. This happens with the 6s onwards because the adhesive apple uses on the backlight isn't strong enough to hold the 3d touch panel. The adhesive is spongy and you can actually wiggle the backlight side to side.

To prevent this you can autoclave for less time or put the screen in a food saver bag.

The lines will fade over time. A day or 2 they will be gone or hardly visible.

Thank you so much for your advice. Lcd really has no lines in two days.

I believe @joshwalz is one of the volunteers that knows a lot about that. I'm also pretty curious as that's something I definitely need to get into
