four torn ribbons after coworker tore the front glass off

A user dropped off his iPhone 6 (A1549) because the battery life had failed. A coworker apparently ripped the screen off, tearing four cables. Could someone direct me to the replacements or let me know if this is not repairable without getting a new screen, for instance?

Definitely not repairable without new parts. You need new screen/digitizer assembly, new cable including front camera/microphone/speaker, new home button/touch id cable and from what can be seen a new battery too. Hopefully the connectors on the logic board have not been damaged, but that can't be seen without removing the small plate with 5 screws and proper magnification.

Yeah, that sums it up very nicely. Remind your customer not to let that co-worker anywhere near electronics ;>)!

@refectio Lol..I second that, no doubt about it..maybe a week holiday too =;)

Haha oh yes for sure new cables, my real concern is avoiding purchasing a new screen! But is the cable to the digitizer a replaceable part or is it permanently attached to the screen? And the same for the camera-- in other words, is there any way this is simply a cable-replacement fix? And man, I cannot fathom why it was treated like that.

No way you can just replace cables unfortunately. But the parts you need are not that expensive and certainly worth the repair..providing cables still have connectors where to connect properly.

Arbaman (or anyone else), are you familiar with the four items that are/were connected there? Could you tell me what they are? Note I removed the cover plate and took another picture, if that helps
