Back-To-Top arrow (in circle) at bottom of pages / remove

Probably came with update (never had it before). Semi-transparent circle with ^ in it to go to top-of-the-page, at bottom of pages (appears & disappears), and small scrolling button on right side (also appears & disappears after couple seconds) when not touching screen. Would like to remove......
