Ipad mini try again in 24.9 million minutes?

Replaced digitizer for ipad mini, before installing new digitizer I tested it, turned on the mini and says try again in 24.9 mill minutes. I disconnected the battery before disconnecting lcd and digitizer. I tested the old digitizer as well and shows me still try again on 24.9 mill minutes. Why does it do that?

Options

mrbuiucli sounds like to many incorrect attempts were made to enter the passcode. Possibly due to the broken digitizer. This is not anything that is connected with the digitizer. Follow the instructions on here to resolve this issue.
