Why doesn't my MacBook always turn on?

Sometimes, my MacBook doesn't turn on. When I plug in the charger, the light turns green, then orange. When I press the power button, the light turns green for a few seconds, then turns back to orange. A few hours later, my Mac would be able to turn on with no problem. I spilt water on my MacBook a few weeks ago, but it has been repaired.

The keyboard has liquid damage and is performing an SMC reset because it thinks ctrl, shift and option is held down when you press the power button.

Getting the keyboard replaced will fix this issue.

Could be the trackpad cable instead; check both sides of this first
